Lamb Chops

Our Lamb is English and Grass-fed. Our Lamb chops are cut from Loin which is one of the most tender parts of the lamb. We recommend to cook them on the Braai/BBQ and add our very own Braai seasoning to enhance flavour to make a delicious and tasty meal.  At a traditional South African Braai “Lamb Tjoppies” is a given.
