Skilpadjies (Lambs Liver)

Skilpadjies is a traditional South African cuisine. The dish is lamb’s liver wrapped in netvet (caul fat), which is the fatty membrane that surrounds the kidneys. We mince the liver, add coriander, spices and for extra flavour we use a secret spice for an extra crispy meaty flavour. Perfect on a Braai / BBQ!
