Plain Lamb Shanks

Our English grass-fed Lamb shanks are a rich cut with gelatinous sinew which breaks down during slow cooking creating a fabulous depth of flavour. Cook in a big pot with vegetables of your choice, stock and a generous drop of wine. If you buy our lamb shanks we might even share our perfected recipe with you.  Approximately 400g-500g per Shank.
