At Uncle Beef Ltd, we’re proud to be a family-run business, and we want to keep our customers informed and confident when shopping with us. Please take a moment to review our terms and conditions below.
Prices
All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without prior notice. Postage and packaging fees will be specified at checkout based on your order and location.
Orders
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within a reasonable timeframe. As our products are freshly made to order, please allow up to seven days after payment is received. In the event that a supplier is out of stock of an item you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you immediately to discuss alternatives.
Payments
We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal through our website. You do not need a PayPal account to pay – you can use any card via the PayPal platform. For customers within a three-mile radius of our registered address (DA1 4EF) spending over £20, free home delivery is available. For this service, please email your order to order@unclebeef.co.uk. Payment can be made by bank transfer or card on delivery using our mobile card machine.
Cancellations
Because our products are perishable, cancellations may be subject to a full charge. Please consider this before placing your order.
Damage, Loss in Transit, and Shortages
If your order arrives damaged, please notify the delivery carrier immediately and inform us within 24 hours of receipt. This allows us to resolve the issue quickly.
Refund Policy
We always strive to deliver the highest quality products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, and we’ll happily arrange a refund or redelivery. Do not discard the product – return it to us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Refund requests must be made within seven days of receiving your order. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed with Uncle Beef Ltd.
